Return Policy
Each order is audited and checked for accuracy prior to leaving Mbiologics.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Mbiologics of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt/delivery, including missing or damaged product.
Mbiologics products are guaranteed to meet specifications and be free of defects in workmanship and materials.
Returnable items:
The Consumer has a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the order to return any item which does not meet their expectations, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, suitable for resale, and to request an exchange or refund by returning the item, without any penalty excluding the cost of returning it.
Non- Returnable Items:

Products that are opened, or with disturbed* packaging, cannot be returned, restocked or resold, and therefore Mbiologics will not accept them. * disturbed packaging means the box and EZ peel pouch the product is packaged in has been stretched, punctured or manipulated in any way including attempts to reseal original packaging.

Refunds will not be given for items not purchased directly from Mbiologics or for products Mbiologics no longer offers.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable

Items within 6 months or less of expiration date

Items older than 365 days from the original purchase date
Promotional Pricing and Special Offers:
Promotional pricing is not valid on previous purchases or in combination with other offers.
Product received as a value-add or part of a promotion is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. If a product was received as a value-add or part of a promotion and is damaged upon receipt, it may be exchanged for a new, identical product. Please follow the process outlined here to exchange the defective item.
Preparing a return:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to info@mbiologics.us and products must be returned, together with a copy of your invoice, packing slip or order confirmation (printed email-confirmation) in the package to the Mbiologics registered office: 18017 Sky Park Circle Ste D, Irvine CA 92614, USA.
The Consumer’s bank account will be credited with the amount of the returned Mbiologics product(s) within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products by Mbiologics.
The shipping costs remain at the expense of the Customer in the event of return of only part of the Mbiologics products.
Mbiologics products which are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the user will not be accepted.
